Before you fix anything: is it the right file?

Every fix below assumes you downloaded the APK from the official link, on 6club55.net or inside your logged-in account. If the file came from a Telegram channel, a WhatsApp forward, a file-sharing site or a "mod" page, stop here and delete it. Some install errors are actually Android doing its job by refusing a file that has been tampered with.

A quick sanity check: the official app is a gaming client. It has no reason to ask for permission to read your SMS messages, control your screen through accessibility services, or act as a device administrator. If the permission list shows any of those, cancel the install.

"App not installed"

This generic message has three usual causes, in this order of likelihood:

  1. An older copy conflicts with the new one. If a previous version was installed from a different source, Android will not overwrite it. Uninstall the old app first (your account is safe on the server), then install the new file.
  2. The download is incomplete. Delete the file from your Downloads folder and download it again on stable Wi-Fi.
  3. Not enough storage. Installing needs space for both the file and the unpacked app. Clear some room and retry.

"Problem parsing the package"

A parse error means Android could not read the file. Usually the download was cut short, or a browser renamed the file and changed its extension. Re-download it, make sure it ends in .apk, and open it from your file manager rather than the browser's notification. If the error persists, check whether your phone has a pending Android system update; very old Android versions may not support the current app.

The Install button is greyed out or does nothing

Android disables the Install button when another app is drawing over the screen, as a protection against tap-jacking. Chat heads, screen dimmers, blue-light filters, floating video players and some cleaner apps all draw overlays. Close them, or temporarily disable "display over other apps" for them in settings, then tap Install again.

"For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps"

On modern Android this permission belongs to the specific app you used to open the file, typically Chrome or your file manager. Tap Settings in the message, switch on "Allow from this source" for that one app, then go back and continue.

Once the install finishes, return to the same setting and switch it off again. That way no other download can quietly use the permission later. You can turn it back on for a few minutes whenever you need to install an update manually.

Play Protect warnings

Google Play Protect scans apps installed from outside the Play Store and may show "Unsafe app blocked" or a similar message. This is a broad check, not a specific accusation, and it appears for many legitimate apps that are simply not distributed through the store. That said, the decision is yours, and it should rest on one thing: where the file came from.

  • If you downloaded it from the official link yourself, you can choose the option to install anyway in the warning's details.
  • If someone sent it to you, or you are not sure, do not override the warning. Delete the file and download from the official link instead.
  • Do not switch off Play Protect altogether. It protects you from every other app too.

The update will not install over the old app

An update must be signed the same way as the version already on your phone. If the current app was installed from an unofficial copy, the official update will be rejected, which is a sign the old copy was not genuine. Uninstall it, install the official file fresh, sign in again and change your password as a precaution if you had been using the unofficial copy.

The app installs but closes or shows a blank screen

  • Restart the phone; freshly installed apps sometimes need it.
  • In Settings, open the app, then Storage, and clear its cache (clearing data only signs you out).
  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data; some networks block gaming domains.
  • Turn off battery savers or "deep sleep" settings for the app.
  • As a fallback, use the website in your browser. It is the same account and balance.

Why we do not list a version number or file size

Version numbers and file sizes change with every release, and a figure printed on a web page goes stale quickly. Fake download sites rely on exactly those details to look convincing. The reliable way to know what you have is to open the app's settings or about screen after installing, and the reliable way to get the current version is the official link.
